The new line needs to be installed as close to another line as possible (see image attached). The info will be on BT’s job notes, but the engineer will confirm with you on the day. Once the line has been handed over to M-Tech, we will visit the site briefly to test the line. January 8th M-Tech will build your new phone system in our Cloud services January 9th M-Tech will come to site and install new handsets and run by training.
