Interviews             The relationship between an interviewer and interviewee is not always a good one. The primary challenge is that the interviewers seem to take full control over what the interviewee has to say. Recently, I was interviewed by a health professional, and the experience was not among the best. As usual, the initial stages of the interview where full of expectations and confidence. However, as time progressed, tension started creeping in and in no time, I was feeling nervous and wishing that time would move fast. The general feeling was that there was discomfort all through the interview time, but resilience was required to ensure that the interviewer did not notice my nervousness and ask more questions. The type of questions asked was initially fair but changed to difficult as the interview progressed to later stages. According to Havel and Keane (2016), totalitarianism offered the leaders the powered they needed to pursue their various military objectives devoid of any opposition in their nations. This implied that totalitarian regimes including Nazi Germany and Japan were able to carry out acts of violence alongside invasions while pursuing their various ambitious objectives of power acquisitions.
