Cloud-Based Asset Provider

The provision of the cloud-based service comes majorly in three models, which include; Software as a Service (SAS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Platform as a Service ( PaaS). Each of the described models has its principles of provision, which also determine their benefits to the organization. According to (Jouvenot 78), all the services are vulnerable to security breaches, and therefore, the providers at each level have maintenance to provide for each model.

The maintenance services include;

IaaS- the service providers, in this case, maintain the types of equipment, then the consumers only buy or rent the services they need within the kit. The provider also offers security solutions to the system.

SAS- the provider ensure the hosting site has enough and better capacity to handle the current user load activities.  The provider also secures the software from crushing, which could interfere with user activities.

PaaS- The primary role to the user it creating a tool kit used in the development process and distributing the channels.

Taking an example of the PaaS, the provider has to function through the vendor by it is the role of the provider to provide the vendors with service offer application and the developer environment (van Gorp, 13).

I would advise my company to consider the responsibility and delivery of the models in the SLA agreements to protect the company assets from the legal perspective.  I am sure I would not farm out the quality of the service because it is determined by several factors, such as network making it difficult to oversee.
