Cloud computing is the delivery of on the demand computing services from applications to the storage and the processes in power that is typically over the internet and in their scenarios based on pay as you go basis.  Cloud computing service often covers a considerably more comprehensive range of natural languages and other elements of artificial intelligence within an organization’s situation.  A cloud computing solution, on the other hand, is on-demand service, computer network storage, application, and or resources accessed through the internet and a different service provider shared cloud computing infrastructure. The services do make it possible for an organization to leverage resources that cloud service providers manage and store in private, secure servers and networks (Fernandez et al., 2013, pg 7). Cloud solutions often offer an easy solution to back and mobilize network kind of resources and data. Each type of cloud computing solution has its advantage and disadvantage to an organization that uses it.

Computing

Computing is on the demanding availability of the computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power, without direct active management by the user. The concept is used in describing data centers’ availability to many users over the internet. Cloud computing can be broken into three primary services. These include the software as a service or the SaaS, infrastructure as a service IaaS and platform As a Services PaaS. These are particularly important to an organization in various ways depending on the selected model of implementation. An organization can either deploy the private or the public computing model. However, an individual deployment model of cloud computing is the most preferred by most organizations as it gives an organization a higher chance of securing its data better compared to the public deployment model(Buyya et al., 2013, pg. 1013).

Generally, the role of cloud computing is the work and completion of projects. Computing is often associated with cloud storage in that the user has to moves the data to the cloud for storage before he or she can be able to make use of cloud computing. Once it is moved to the cloud, one can process the data into useful material and send it back for the purposes it was meant for.  A typical example of cloud computing the SaaS, where the user inputs data on software and the data is then transformed remotely through a software interface without the user’s computer being involved in the process.  The significant advantage of computing is that it enables the users (an organization) to get their application to the market quite faster. Hardware failures do not result in loss of data as the networked backups are rendered functional, and this safeguards an organization’s data from loss.  Cloud computing does make the use of the remote resources, saving the actual organization cost of the server as well as other equipment. Therefore computing for an organization is a basis for securing an organizational data from loss in case of any incidence (Ransome, 2017, pg 78).

Cloud storage is a Services model in which data is kept and maintained, backup remotely, and made available to the users over networks, which is typically over the internet. Data stored in a global center with storage data do spread over multiple regions or continents. Cloud storage is essentially a system that makes it possible for the user to store data on the internet just the same way one would do over the computer. With various forms of cloud storage platform existing, including; google drive, dropbox, and iCloud, the function of all them is the same, storage. It enables the user to upload data through the internet to cloud-based servers for storage. Once the data is stored, a single or multiple users can then proceed to access the information from various devices using the internet as a medium. A user of the cloud storage does pay for their cloud data storage on a per-consumption or a monthly basis (Rahayu et al., 2013, pg. 87).

Most business organizations across the world use cloud storages to store documents and share them with others. It always helps in the preservation of the relevant material and files while offering a better chance for collaboration on projects with other individuals through the common data-sharing platforms. Individually, it can also be used in storing media files and emails. It gives the user an almost unlimited stage of storage (Velte et al., 2019, pg. 71).  The essential advantage of cloud storage is that it gives the user a more extensive space for data storage. Databases

Cloud database is a collection of informational contents that are either kept in structure, semi-structure of unstructured, and that resides on a private, public, or hybrid cloud computing platform of infrastructure. From the perspective of architecture and design, cloud databases is not different than one operates on businesses on-premises servers. The only critical differences in where the databases reside. Whereas an on-premise database is connected to a local user through a corporation’s internal local area network LAN, a database on cloud computing resides on servers and storage furnished by cloud or database as DBaaS provides and its acceded single over the internet.  To a software application, for instance, the SQL database that resides on-premises or in the cloud should, therefore, appears more identical (Transforming, 2013, pg.48).

Cloud computing is very curial in the entire organization management.  All the concept of cloud computing discussed above contributes to the overall wellbeing of control in one way or the other.  Proper management involves the sharing and storage of data within an organization. All these functions are often made possible through cloud computing. Cloud computing, for example, in an organization, ensures that sharing, storage, and networking is made possible. The management of the organization, who are the most important user of the storage data, are often able to access the data regarding an organization and, as a result, make the possible decision on management. An example, through the use of data cloud storage tools such as Dropbox, extensive data can be stored for the critical decisions making the process of an organization (Transforming, 2013, pg. 89).

The need for advanced cloud computing system solutions has, therefore, resulted in an increased level of competition from the service providers.
