Cloud computing perspective
Cloud computing perspective, whether the cloud provider or cloud consumers, is critical to ensure quality services in computing. The cloud provider perspective can either be internal or external, and each focuses on a specific area to provide quality services. On the other side, the cloud consumer perspective focus on customer concerns during the use of the service. Cloud provider and cloud consumer perspectives care help in various ways. First, both views can facilitate the exchange of ideas (Opara-Martins, Sahandi & Tian,2016). Cloud providers are capable of understanding how consumers think about particular computing services. Therefore, cloud providers understand what consumers look at the services offered and also learn their expectations on cloud services.
Additionally, the cloud providers understand the consumer preference towards a specific cloud provider (Di Modica & Tomarchio,2015). Through cloud providers and cloud, the consumer can help improve the design structure of a cloud computing service. Both perspectives are essential in cloud computing. Mainly, it is because they focus on developing and ensuring service provision to users.
