The disadvantage of the employer who is at wills employment is that when the employee quit his job without any notice, he will leave the employer seeking a quick solution to replace the employee’s role in that company.

The government also does offer the right to strike since, at some times, it is the only way the employees do protect their rights. Some limits can be put aside on the right of striking. Workers should be warned not to destroy the business products when striking. The government can set aside the consequences of those people who bring violence when striking.
