As opposed to many people, thoughts are that property crimes are at high rate crimes that are published in the Lowa community as compared to Michigan as compared to violent crimes. The number of property crime that is reported per annum is more than ten million as compared to violent crime which is about one million per annum (Yu et al. 2017).

Robbery
Robbery is another most common property in my community. This is violent crime and way of theft done directly to a person or community. When you are involved in a mugging that is an act of robbery. In our society, robbery is at a high rate that it is reported that about twenty crimes of theft are said to be taking place per week (Birzer and Roberson (2018).
Shoplifting
This is a crime where involves unnoticed theft of goods in an open shopping place. It’s rampant in our community where youths mostly go for shopping in retail shopping Centre and pick some items and put in their pockets without been known and they are leaving without paying. This crime has been increasing in open stalls that do not have cameras.
In my community property crime is increasing due to;
poor education background
according to Yu et al. (2017), poor educational experience, many youths in our community are not able to acquire primary and quality education. According to an analysis done is that there are high rate youths in Lowa community who are unable to get quality education, rendering them miserable, and they involve themselves in criminal activities such as burglary. With the increasing number of school dropouts in my community indicates that the number of crime will keep on increasing annually.
Unemployment
According to Tillyer and Walter (2019), unemployment is another cause of increasing crime in our neighbourhood and our State of Texas. The high number of unemployed people in our State is a threat that has led to an increase in crime. People engage in the robbery as a means of getting a living from the few employed people. Despite having government services such as housing and medical care, the majority of people lack food and money due to unemployment; hence they engage in property crime stealing from others so that they can buy foodstuff.
Peer influence
This is one of the issues that have been identified as a cause of an increasing rate of Crime and in Texas at large. Young people have involved themselves in becoming cocaine traffickers as reported by police. Due to pressure from their friends, they involve themselves in use drugs, and when they lack money to buy cocaine, they start crime like vehicle theft so that they get money to buy pills. Research shows that young individuals may leave schoolmates so that they can join their friends in criminal activities.
Easy Access
Another cause of easy access to crime is available to access of handguns in Texas. Many guns are sold illegally in Texas that are cheap, and people acquire in accessible ways that they use to do the crime. Firearms give secure means of committing a crime as they apply to harm victims and ran away with their properties (Tillyer and Walter 2019)
strategies for addressing these crime issues
There has been increased deployment of police officers among the communities of Texas than other States to help reduce an increasing number of crimes that are reported daily.
The registration of members per village has been introduced to identify all household in our community so that to avoid people from the neighbourhood coming to do crime in Lowa community.
Elimination or prohibiting of firearms markets in Texas so that to reduce gangs accessing these guns that they use to attack people and steal property.
Community gating where the community work with security personnel to identify those involving themselves in property crime. This will reduce the crime rate in Lowa community (Williams 2018).
Recommendation
I recommend that the law enforcement should be patrolling every night in all communities of Texas so that to keep away thieves who are disrupting the locals.
My other recommendation is that communities should put alarms in their houses that they can ring to alert other people when thugs have broken to someone house.
CCTV cameras should be installed in significant routes to reduce vehicle theft.
The lighting of dark streets should be done by security personnel to help reduce crime in our communities and the entire of Texas.
