Dilemmas Faced by Rachel
Rachel was confused about the right strategy to market the firm because social networking offered many means to advertise company alongside other options applied by users to attain information. She thought about sending spam messages to many users via email will not be a good step. After sharing grievances with colleagues, they did not seem to support the choice made by her boss. They said this was violating the privacy of the users, and they argued they didn’t support working for the company abusing emails of the users through competitive, selfish desires in the marketplace.

The decisions by her boss was not an ethical action. Most of the organizations use spams as a way of advertising their goods. However, spam not a good show for the company and might end up affecting the organization’s reputation if the customers take it negatively. This is because many of the spam messages got false information about the companies, and that’s why most of the users don’t like spam messages. After discussing the issues with colleagues, Rachel found out that no one of them supported decisions made by Cindy since they argue this was the violation of the rights of the users. Therefore, Cindy’s actions are not acceptable, ethically.

Rachel was accountable for handling users’ emails as well as in charge of communicating to the clients through email, both existing and potential clients. Rachel was sentimental because she portrayed trust to all organization’s customers and potential consumers as well by advising the boss not to company responsibility for accessing accounts and spending spam messages. She said that the existing customers could shift to other organization which values and respects their privacy of not sending irrelevant messages. Such kind of action not only benefit the customers but the whole organization as well.
Rachel’s Considerations
The most important thing proved apart from convincing Anderson was that Rachel suggested been aggressive on email would like to customers running away from the organization. She took a big step by standing with the boss’s tactic and also convincing to change the mind of the boss to accept a better solution of sending messages. In the long run, the organization attained achievement and attained high value making the company competitive enough.
