The article entails research conducted through qualitative study to evaluate healthcare worker’s perception of organizational quality assurance programs that were implemented in a resource-limited setting. From my perspective, the study is essential since it helps in the evaluation of how member perceive the programs introduced. It is essential to evaluate the perception of the members and their views concerning an organizational quality assurance program. Further, the choice of measure while carrying out the study is convenient for this kind of study since it helps in carrying out convenient sampling, which makes it easier to collect the required data conveniently. The conclusion of the study is well informed and well stated where it goes to the extent of recommending what should be done in demonstrating quality assurance.

If I were to carry out this study, I would combine both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather the required information. This would have allowed for a broader study, which entails a greater number of subjects as well as help in the enhancement of generalization of results. Additionally, I would allow for greater objectivity and accuracy of the attained results. Hence, through quantitative methods, I would generate a summary of the data that offers a generalization of the issue under study. I would also increase the convenient sample to ensure that different characteristic of employees is taken into consideration.
I agree with the conclusion that the introduction of OQA has been well received by the members as portrayed in the data collected. I agree that the programs are valuable to the organization and that in future, there is a need for demonstrating quality assurance in cases with limited resources. An example is where the program helps in achieving shared understanding in all groups of the members and ensures there is the achievement of committed leadership.
