If I were to carry out this study, I would combine both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather the required information. This would have allowed for a broader study, which entails a greater number of subjects as well as help in the enhancement of generalization of results. Additionally, I would allow for greater objectivity and accuracy of the attained results. Hence, through quantitative methods, I would generate a summary of the data that offers a generalization of the issue under study. I would also increase the convenient sample to ensure that different characteristic of employees is taken into consideration.
I agree with the conclusion that the introduction of OQA has been well received by the members as portrayed in the data collected. I agree that the programs are valuable to the organization and that in future, there is a need for demonstrating quality assurance in cases with limited resources.
