Digital currency litigation
Digital currency should be regulated for it to benefit the economy. Without the litigation, there may be a couple of challenges which may be faced. The digital currency needs to be regulated to ensure that they are not being used for fraud cases. There are some scenarios where digital currencies can be used to finance illegal activities such as security. For the customers to be sure about the security of the digital currencies, then the law must come in place. In my opinion, the litigation will lead to positive effects. There will be a reduction of fraud activities; hence the digital currencies will be secure to invest in.
