The profile of an employee should not only include information about the company, such as the name and contact information but should also outline details about the employee, including their social networks. Building an employee profile is like telling the story of the employee. However, it is essential to consider that the skills of the employee are accessible at a glance. First, I would include the employee’s identification information, such as name, contact information, and job identification number. I would also include the current monthly salary, the age of the employee, race, tenure, pay grade, and rating. Tenure, rating, and salary are quantitative attributes. However, gender, age, and identification details are qualitative attributes.
Out of 140 employees, 91 were whites, while 49 were blacks. Seventy-two of the whites were in grade 3 while 17 were in grade 2. Only two new employees who have been in the organization for two months were in grade 1. All the white employees were rated between 6 and 9 in terms of performance. Out of 49 blacks, 35 were in grade 1 while ten were in grade 2. Only four blacks were in grade 3. All the blacks performed between 5 and 8. The difference between the whites and blacks is that the whites perform better as per the rating information. Therefore, most whites are in higher grades in contrast to the blacks who may are in grades 1 and 2. Sixty-five percent of the employees were whites, while 45% were blacks. However, 80% of the whites were in grade 3, while 20% of the whites were in grade 2. The percentage of blacks in grade one was 74, while 20% of them were in grade 2, and 10% in grade 3. Since all employees in grade 3 are paid $ 10,000, grade 2, $ 8000, and grade 1, $7500, the average salary for the employees at the company is $ 8500. The standard deviation for the employees at the company is 29.7. The mean population of the whites and blacks and whites is 70.
