Disengaged employees
Disengaged employees have a higher possibility of missing at work or reporting late, although this is immeasurable in numbers (REILLY, 2014). Check on the attendance rate, sick leaves, and the initiatives taken to learn new things. In simpler terms, HR should account for the human factor, track the progress for each employee, and identify redundant routines. Again, employees who get opportunities in other companies are more likely to open up before leaving, and therefore, conducting an interview with them is critical to acquire more details. Served customers are also able to open up on the quality of services they receive and the attitudes of the people who helped them either through face to face or phone. More importantly, Hudson College should allow employees to shape it through opinions, and they can achieve this using tools such as culture amp and slack, among others.
