There is still room for improvement in EHRs to facilitate better progress in health care. More developments on EHR should be made, for example, should enhance mobile and digital patient engagement and promote data liquidity. Notably, in a perfect world, the electronic health record system should support the workforce that will make both patients and doctors remain satisfied.

Reasonable payment is a way of motivating employees to work toward better results.

In some instances, medical professionals are paid according to their skills and experience. A highly skilled medical expert is expected to bring the best services and paid well as compared to the newly trained doctors who have worked for a few years and have little experience. Therefore, quality measures are worth to be conducted in the health sectors. Remember, health is the complete well-being of people and should be carried out accordingly.

First, both patients and doctors must have a good relationship, which leads to better services and quality information about patient diseases. The art of science requires that in every health sector, there should be better communication, which enhances a better understanding of both the patient and the physician. Patient’s dissatisfactions are caused by a weak relationship between the physician and the doctor.

Quality measures help in identifying weaknesses, improve performance, prioritize opportunities, and prevents the misuse of health services in the workplace. There has never been a time where patients need to have trust in their doctors. It is the responsibility of the doctor to focus on their patients. Policies should be enacted to care for patients and work against physicians who are abusing the system for their gain. Patients need to understand that doctors are caring for themselves and should regain their trust in doctors.
