It is imperative to outline that in the nursing profession, the nurses keep learning and attaining new skills as days keep progressing. The presence of portable monitors within the organization will allow the nurses to advance their nursing capabilities, as they will be in a position of checking up on many sick people per day. The thing will never happen if the organization continues to use the fixed monitors, which highly limit the number of people that a nurse can attend to in a specified period.
