Employees Training
Companies need to grow the cultures of employees and values, especially to the new hires. After recruiting the best brains in the industry, Facebook Corporation has identified that there is a need for developing and sustaining a culture from the early days of company formation. Their boot camp program has enabled most of their employees to develop their skills hence becoming a self-sufficient corporation. Working together with intellectual and experienced employees with newbie has encouraged mentorship as the newbies learn from the best. The boot camp program was established with the primary objective of enabling employees at Facebook Corporation to learn their basic codes as well as promoting values in their workplace. Bootcamp program has assisted most of the workers to become innovative able to grab opportunities within the company (Banerjee, 2015).
Facebook recognizes that employees are at the heart of their business. They have, therefore, established that machine learning is critical to all their employees as they are better equipped to handle challenges in their areas of work. Further, machine learning has helped in maintaining integrity as it is used in guarding their work policy. Machine among employees is used to foster innovation in the workplace. All employees can solve complex problems from the start to the end on their own hence increasing productivity. Employees have become confident in solving problems in the workplace as they are taken through a six weeks training on using different machines and how to utilize them to come up with innovative solutions (Feldon et al., 2017).
Internal training for Facebook Corporation employees has equipped employees with firsthand experience in solving particular problems while learning from their colleagues who are qualified and experienced. This creates a good working environment and creates a harmonious teamwork that can deliver results. This training may be used as a way of mainstreaming their systems where fresh employees find it difficult to understand. Bootcamp training is an excellent way of motivating employees and maintaining a strong foundation of employees who are a key partner in taking a company to the next levels
Training of employees is a good way of enhancing communication among people working in the same company hence sharing ideas. Exchange of ideas between new employees and experienced help in improving the company in meeting its objectives. Further, the boot camp training is avenues which strong bonds are created and prevent silos that come up when people are working together. Onboarding of responsibilities is critical in every organization; hence training is the best avenues to develop future leaders of the company.
