The vendor offers Know Glitch as software for managing activities in the hotel industry. Another software provided by the Knowcross incorporation for the hotel industry is the Know Tenant. The software is crucial for hotel tenants since they can register complaint s through the platform, thereby enabling ease of maintenances activities. Furthermore, mobile phones support the Know Tenant application and enable tenants to upload photos to confirm their complaints. Therefore, the software enables hotel management to resolve tenants’ complaints swiftly.

Spectrum Enterprise is a vendor for the Spectrum Solution which is one of the best of breed software for the hotel industry. The software provides improved connectivity between hotel management and the guest. Lastly, Dormakaba USA Incorporation is a vendor that provide best of breed solution known as dormakaba lodging system.
