These resources include human, financial, and other assets. If the resources are not accurately managed, then the organization may end up facing some future challenges. The ERP system collects information about the resources, and this helps the organization track and manage them accurately. The system will also be useful when it comes to planning. It is worth noting that the system should only be controlled and operated by the IT departments to avoid some challenges.
