Executive Briefing Summary
As the captain of investigations of Courtelaney pass, I want to let you, the governor, know what is happening here within our city with our studies.
Our objective in Courtelaney’s pass ensures that people living within this city are well-taken care, and security is provided to them all through. Secondly, the issue of drug abuse is also our primary objective in doing away with and ensure that all possible loopholes are dealt with and cub the behavior of drug trafficking within the city. Thirdly, as a unit guaranteeing total transformation of the police department through better reform that will give the people of Courtelaney pass hope for tomorrow and a group that is more reliable and able to take care of their different issues that might arise in the city. With these objectives already jumpstarted, I believe that we headed to the right path, and in the long run, there is a brighter future for the people of Courtelaney pass.
What we have done to alleviate some of the problems in Courtelaney pass is first to identify the different issues that the city is facing and understand the ways to deal with them and assist the people of Courtelaney pass. The problems identified include and not limited to; increased illegal migration into the city, and this has affected the living standards among the people in the town as they try to scramble for resources. Similarly, it has also led to an influx of criminal activities and made it difficult for the police department to handle the situation.
However, as a department, we are focused on ensuring that individuals have the right documentation and facilitate a better transition in identifying and service to the immigrants. Secondly, bias and color discrimination has prevailed within the city, and this has seen the poor relationship between the police unit and society. The department is championing equality for all by giving equal chances to serve the department for qualified citizens.
Thirdly, police policy and reforms are also a significant problem within the city, and most of the few dealing with the citizens in the southern part have presented slightly different unworthy behavior. The department has resolved for a total reshuffle of the police in ensuring they provide the necessary services with no discrimination to the people.
As captain of investigations, my recommendations as to how to resolve these issues include the following; Ensure the total reshuffle of the police department, fast track drug trafficking activities and bring the culprits to justice, improve the identification document acquisition for ease of identifying the immigrants and providing necessary action. Dealing with the political issues and aspects of corruption, the department is discouraging political aspirants from corrupt politics in the city.
In conclusion, I hope that the issues I have stated and the resolutions I have proposed will be of more significant assistance to the people of Courtelaney pass and facilitate a better city and service provision for all in this great city.
