Exemplary Followers
As an exemplary follower am ranked high in independent critical thinking and active management. This is because exemplary followers always think for themselves, and every time they are determined to challenge their leaders by providing alternative suggestions if in case they do not agree with the leader. Exemplary followers proactively support their leaders’ decisions and organizational goals, which are congruent with their beliefs. Moreover, as an exemplary follower, I have been assuming responsibilities that are beyond the minimum requirements of my job; hence am certain that I have exerted the considerable efforts required to achieve my goals. Not to forget that I am a good team leader, and I have been leading as a role model to my colleagues.
Being an exemplary follower am focused on achieving my goals as by routinely delivering to the organization helps me to build trust with my boss and colleagues. Also, I POSSESS the strength of a competent defendant in which case I always support our leaders and the organizational leadership vision. I achieve this by pulling out the significant parts of the vision, moving the objective along in levels that can influence. Lastly is that I am aimed to make a change, although this might be the toughest part of an exemplary follower possessing the achiever’s strength, I always attain this goal. However, as an exemplary follower, I face the challenge of not achieving some of myself evident expectations regarding my responsibilities. This is because of the lack of sufficient methods that are available in specifying the fundamental requirements that should be achieved.
