Fifteen created benefits to the community in different ways. To start with, it provided employment and training to adolescents who would have otherwise not had a bright future. Such jobs meant a source of income and hence a growth in the economy. Another way is providing healthy food to the community, which added significant value given that it reduced dependence on packed foods. As well, Fifteen was a form of philanthropy, and in that case, it offered adolescent a second chance on life. In that way, they did not have to go back to being engaging in crime, abusing drugs, and being a menace to society. Thus, that improves the overall welfare of the community.

Question Two

One aspect that has made Jamie Oliver’s enterprises successful is his ability to take risks, which have resulted in huge successes.  As well, Olivier is passionate about the job that he does, and hence he wants to reach higher levels of success. In addition to that, he is not afraid to try something new, for example, the work with Fifteen.

There are different ways that entrepreneurs use to deal with downturns like the one that occurred in the case of Jamie Oliver. Firstly, it is to forecast, which will involve assessing how far the downturn will affect the business (Taulli, 2020). That will help in making decisions on current investments. After that, there should be clear communication throughout the organization about the downturn since it will help the employees in the organization to act accordingly. Lastly, it is identifying any opportunities that emerge from the downturn.

Question Four

For an entrepreneur like Jamie Oliver, there are different ways which they can use to grow their business in the future. Firstly, it is to identify a niche target market that will allow one to leverage on the strengths of the business. Secondly, it is investing a lot in innovation, which will ensure that the entrepreneur can provide better products and services to the consumers. Lastly, it is to always ensure that one plans for growth. That means when expanding, it is vital to look for funds.
