Food is the third most significant thing in our body after air and water. Food provides the most required energy in our body to stimulate growth, provide energy for development as well as maintaining life. Apart from providing the most energy needed in our body, food also promotes our body health and disease prevention. In general, food consists of essential nutrients such as fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates that are consumed and digested in the body to provide nutritional support for organs. Taking healthy food is important and essential. Healthy eating provides our bodies with energy and nutrients that are much needed in our bodies to grow and develop, to stay healthy and active, to play, work, move and learn, and think. It is impressive how foods are directly related to our social health, mental, and body with their different nutrition values. There is no doubt that food and water act as the primary sources of nutrients that strengthening our bodies, but many of the food we consume at times does not have any nutritional values in our bodies. As a result, it is vital to consider taking healthy and balanced food that will sufficiently provide our bodies with the necessary nutritional values.
