Freedom from Conflicts

Conflicts are not worth the freedom that comes with it because they tend to drain all the energy one could use to bring peace in any situation. Staying away from conflicts is better than fighting for freedom.  It is not worth to keep on fighting with one another while you can stay away from what makes the other person angry and live in harmony for the rest of the many years to come. A person needs to enjoy freedom in every aspect of their lives. When human is oppressed, they do not give their best, and they tend to live their life in fear.

Freedom means having the power to live your life to the fullest and to make the decision that suits your life. Getting into conflicts can sometimes put the freedom away because there is no time to see good in anybody who your mind thinks is your oppressor, and this tends to bring more harm than good. Fighting for freedom is draining. Sometimes, it is essential to overlook something just for the sake of your happiness and to stay away from unnecessary conflict. Freedom from conflicts brings peace between people who once lived in numerous fights or disagreements. It is essential to give priority to peace and happiness instead of arguments and argument..

Taking into consideration the Karl Marx notion of class conflict, (Carter), Karl argued that a class is achieved whenever there are solidarity and consciousness within members who know that another type of person is exploiting them. Still, they ignore it just because they are from different classes from their oppressors. Here, employees were oppressed by their employers. They did not have a say on anything because they needed the money. Learning to have freedom from any conflicts is essential, as this tends to bring a better working environment for both employers and employees. Despite the oppression they went through from their employers, these employees chose to put their need for freedom from poverty first instead of bringing conflicts that could lead to them not getting paid by their employers (Elster & Elster, 79).  They decided to avoid disputes that could get them sacked by their employers. They would end up losing their benefits of the daily wage or salary.

Sometimes, it is essential to keep calm and away from any dispute just for the sake of peace. They say the right person makes sure they do not quarrel with anyone, and they can do anything to avoid the quarrel if they see it coming. This kind of person does not also allow others to fight in his presence. Getting to know the power of keeping things calm is a skill, and not many people have this skill. Some people always want to be in a fight, even for no reason.

It is never within anybody’s power to make another person act following their nature. Many people tend to work depending on what they think is best for them, and this should not affect the way we react as it should not be our business. This will keep us from getting into unnecessary conflicts that can drain the peace of our minds. This is believed to be the freedom needed to stay away from conflicts. People in high offices should always make sure they do not instigate conflicts. Not with their juniors or seniors in the office. This is because having conflicts at work can cause tension and uncertainty among workers who will not be able to deliver as they are expected to perform at their workplace. Peace is paramount in an office setup, and having freedom from conflicts is essential than trying to portray who is superior in an office setup.

Putting into consideration the J. S. Mill’s notion of competition in the realm of ideas and offices, the game is the natural supreme law in any office set up. “Every extension of any competition is useful, and its restriction is evil. Anybody who opposed completion was not worthwhile” (J.S. Mill). This could only mean that achievement is healthy, and when there is the freedom to compete in any industry, or company, among workers, it bound to clear away any conflicts. Freedom from conflicts tends to come whenever everyone feels free to do and think what they want without any restrictions (Crain et al.). This brings about great products and also to create a pleasant working environment for every employee and to have a great relationship with each other.

Every employer needs to encourage healthy competitions even in ideas to make sure that the company is well run in the freedom form any conflicts from either the employees to employees or employer to employees. Every worker should be encouraged to bring in their ideas that they think can work in making the company grow to a better one (Hayek). The employers should be consistent in the use of the ideologies brought about by the employers, this will tend to make the company grow more significant, and the relationships will be well maintained.

The idea of having a peaceful working environment in any office set up is the true definition of freedom from conflicts. This can be brought about when the employer decides to make sure that all the employees are treated equally and that there are a very healthy relationship and competition in the office. Making sure no employee feels left out in any ideology in the office is essential in creating a friendly and healthy working environment.

In a family set up, it is essential to stay away from conflicts. This is because a conflict tends to keep away the joys that come in the family, and this tends to pull family members away from each other. Whenever there are constant fights, families tend to break, and its members tend to hate each other, it doesn’t matter what people are going through in any family, the freedom from conflicts is so essential for the health and ongoing happiness of the family. A happy family means a happy nation because the family is the unit that forms a country.

Sometimes, the difference in the way we judge things tends to bring conflicts. What gave birth to disputes are the disagreements that come about with the different ways we tend to think and judge and conclude things. This difference in judging can create permanent enmity between friends or even family members. As a human being, we should consider to pursue the good and make sure we avoid the bad. This will keep us away from having unnecessary conflicts. We should learn to embrace our differences in ideologies, and this will help us to stay away from always fighting each time we disagree with our friends, relatives, or even the neighbor’s idea or thought.

Freedom from conflicts tends to bring love, peace, and harmony in different households, countries, and there is peace in the whole world. This makes humans more grateful to God, and they become more confident in how they see things and how they make their decisions in life. A peaceful person cannot find faults in their neighbor, friend, or family, but they tend always to make sure they do not bring any conflicts. What a peaceful person wants is peace and nothing more.

Keeping quiet in search of peace to avoid conflicts is crucial. Make sure to prevent fights; make sure to avoid conflicts that are not necessary. Make sure to stay in peace and freedom from battle to enjoy a life that comes with this freedom. It is unfair for you always to be the person who is still starting conflicts and fights that create enmity and friends or even family. Be the person that can be looked up to as a peacemaker and problem solver. Life is for much more than unnecessary fight or even arguments those are not worth.

Conflicts are not worth the freedom that comes with it because they tend to drain all the energy one could use to bring peace in any situation. Staying away from conflicts is better than fighting for freedom. This is the solution to stay away from unnecessary fights and to make sure that there is peace in every part of the world. Nobody wants to live in a place that there is no harmony, and making sure we stay away from fights is essential. Peace is important. It should always be remembered that the judgment of the different situations is the reason why people get hurt and upset, and they tend to bring conflicts whenever they are dissatisfied with a situation.
