Having devoted his entire career services to one club, Bernard found himself in a tough place after the termination of his employment. This instance is a perfect indication of the tenth INTASC standard of leadership and collaboration. As a coach, Bernard was able to apply his leadership skills in leading his team towards the achievement of various sporting titles. On the other hand, collaboration is exhibited in his ability to work with new people in a new environment and still manage to fit in this unique setting. In my career development path, I intend to apply the tenth standard in the attempt to help me in achieving more and realizing the set out objectives.
