They are more than one relatively genuine and distinct concept that is deriving from a conceptual, the prepositions that narrowly describe those concepts, and the schemes that state relatively concrete and specific relations between two or more ideas (Butts & Rich, 2018).The design of Nursing theories models that are recurrently intended around the writer to represent their faith in the approach (Lancaster & Lancaster, 1981). They are bodies of knowledge to define what nursing is, what nurses do, and why they do it. The theories of nursing targets to outline, foresee, and interpret the phenomenon of nursing (Chinn & Jacobs, 1978). This paper will focus on the competency Assessment of Grand View from the Middle-range nursing theories.

Grand theory of nursing indulges a conceptual architecture that determines the vital concepts and principles of the discipline. Unitary Human Beings Theory by Martha E. Rogers prospect nursing as both a science and an art. In the early 1980s, Martha E. Rogers taught her theoretical concept notions, which are here reanalyzed as her anniversary of 100 years since her birth, also as a method to look into the worldwide or universe health nursing in the modern era (Baumann et al. 2014). The general nursing theory renders a course of action to view the unitary human being, who is constitutive to the natural world. Rogers’s nursing theory comprises of eight concepts.

The importance of a bounded body of approach in nursing is improved patient meticulousness, improved functional status for nurses, efficient dispatch among nurses, and input for investigation and teaching (Nolan, 1996). The nursing-caring protagonist is impossible to determine; having a theory is necessary to analyze and explain the roles of the nurses. The approach is crucial, considering it assist us in resolving what we have knowledge about and what we have to acquire knowledge for (Parsons, 1949). It distinguishes the requirement to shape up the base of practice by specifically illustrating nursing. The theory intends to depict, foretell, and expound the prodigy of nursing (Chinn and Jacobs, 1978). The main values of the nursing profession have based on the advancement of health in society, which improves people’s livelihoods. Both Grand and middle theory play a crucial role in nursing research and practice maintaining safety and ensuring high quality in the sector. The healthcare sector is very dynamic; the theories will provide the best resources to counter these regular changes. From my personal experience, the nursing practice is impacted by the nursing theory one way or another.
