Gun control in US
The United States of America has put up laws to govern gun regulation among its citizens. Possession of firearms that are not regulated can immensely put and in danger, the lives of its citizens. However, a secured nation requires build-up security and is when the option of guns and other firearm come in place. Only trained and authorized personnel is needed to handle and operate weapons to secure the lives of other American citizens, who are law abiders but not authorized yet or have no intentions of owing firearm but depends on the government to offer them security. It should also be noted that when these weapons fall into the hands of criminals, then the loss of lives among the citizens of the United States is not an option.
More so, the government of the United States of America is at the forefront of making sure each citizen has security. Through its law enforcement units, it’s able to coordinate and educate its citizens on the aspect of relying on government for protection. Never the less, guns play an essential role in securing the lives of Americans. American people believe that, when the right to bear weapons and firearms, many unprotected people have and will succumb due to gun violence. Many trends surpass gun violence, and where these firearms are, a mass an elation occurs, but the common one happens when a person is legally prohibited carrying a gun, then, it is where the most gun violence happens
American judiciary has at most upheld restrictions on certain firearms, making these firearms extra restrictive than federal firearms. Outlaws for permits on certain weapons have also been put in place to ascertain the legality of possessions of such guns; this, however, does not make it less proof printed against use and possession by a terrorist. Mostly, weapons which at large do harm American citizens are guns that are rightfully registered but at one point either falls in wrong hands or has been intentionally placed to cause harm for a benefit. Guns in the wrong hands can cause mass cruise fiction, theft with violence and even at some point be used to commit suicide, the United States of America parliamentary system saw the need to put it the constitution amendments to help and guide its citizens on the rules and regulation related to firearms.
Most murder cases in the United States haven associated with firearms, firearms don’t take citizens lives, its people who do, and he who saves one life, keeps a nation, having guns regulated won’t stop mass excursion, theft with violence, domestic violence or even suicide, most deaths that happen in the United States are as a result of gun violence only occurs when an individual wants it to happen. The government should put more funds to research ways, methods, and strategies towards gun control. Security of persons, right to life, and free from discrimination should be seen important by the United States of America before accepting the deaths of American civilians as collateral.
