The pressure is a normal feeling. It is short term stress that can disappear quickly. You feel it when you, for example, fight with your friend or partner. It helps you to manage dangerous situations. It can also occur when you do something new or exciting. All people have acute stress at one time or another.                                                                                                                 Chronic stress. This kind of stress lasts for a longer time. You have chronic stress if you have money problems, unhappy marriage or trouble at your workplace. When you have chronic stress, your body can stay alert, even though there is no danger.                                                               Over time, this puts you at risk for health problems that include;                                                                               Diabetes                                                                                                                                              Depression                                                                                                                                          Heart disease                                                                                                                                      Menstrual problems                                                                                                   When you feel stressed and tenser, go for a brisk walk in a new environment as you try to incorporate some physical activity into your daily routine regularly, after work or at lunchtime.
