The organization ought to ensure that they have the most affordable products if they want to have more customers.
Additionally, the organization ought to ensure that their products and services are unique and meet the customer needs and interests at all times. Continuous value creation based on customer needs and feedback is very paramount to an organization too. Through value creation, the organization keeps itself at the helm of improving itself, its products, and meeting their customer needs. This is key to making customers satisfied and maintaining the competitive advantage the organization has.
