SUBJECT: Hiring a team to deal with communication challenges

In recent years this company has experienced several communication problems that have greatly affected this organization. Due to this reason, there is a need to hire a small team that will deal with these communication challenges.

Makeup and roles of the team

I will consider hiring experienced workers to ensure that they will carry their responsibilities as expected. Some of the members of this team will be from the employers in International Gadgets. These members have experience working in the company, so they understand the company in many aspects. They will help in coming with solutions which will be useful. I will select other members of the team from people with experience in dealing with failures in communication. All these members will have to play different roles. First of all, the team will have to plan and implement communication strategies. The team will monitor the communications involving the organization. The team will edit company texts and other communication materials. The team will also be responsible for developing promotional communication materials such as pamphlets and print-outs. It will also be the responsibility of the team to break communication barriers.

Team members attributes

There are several attributes that I will be looking for in the team members. First of all, team members should have excellent communication skills. They should be able to communicate clearly. They should be good readers and listeners. The team members will have to read some documents concerning the communication between the organization and its stakeholders. To be a good communicator, one needs to be a good listener. The members should be emotionally intelligent. So, this means that they should understand and manage their emotions to avoid making wrong decisions. Respect is another attribute which the members should possess. Only by respecting each other decision will we be able to deal with these communication failures. Time-consciousness will be another attribute I will be looking at in the members. The team members need to ensure that all communication matters are attended on time. This will help in ensuring no delays, which may lead to major problems.

Accomplishments

I hope that we will be able to accomplish several objectives. First of all, we will be able to eliminate all communication failures. We will ensure that there is no misunderstanding between the organization and its stakeholders. We will also ensure that there is clarity in all communication materials coming in and going outside the organization. By so doing, we will eliminate cases where some deliveries cannot be made due to some incorrect details. We will be able to break communication barriers. We will ensure that the employees within the organization are communicating without any challenges. We will be able to attend to anything communication matters within the organization at any time.
