How to use greetings sms to get more photography projects
Text messages are excellent medium to break a 2 way communication with the potential client. You can improve your SMS pitching to the clients and acquire new photography projects. However, the SMS has to have the right tone, pitch and provide guideline to the client. Here are few ways to use SMS and land more photography projects.
- Present your business through Greeting
Just before the season is in, share SMS to potential client group. The Greetings need to be followed by small outline of photography services and products. Text should be clear, readable and worthwhile. Customer will open and read SMS once it is clear and attractive.
- Polite, friendly and upbeat tone
The tone has to be appropriate for business as well as text-appropriate. For example, ‘Thanks for connecting with us, we’d love to hear more about your requirements, please contact ….’ It is a perfect way to approach the customer and fulfil their queries on details.
- Clear Instruction
If customer do not find the SMS with guideline, there is no use. Texting needs to be efficient besides being an easy read. Customer must know what to do next if they are to connect with the business. Clarity is far more important than ornamental business pitching.
- Statement or Question Pattern
Create a pattern which either throws a question or statement. Pattern is best for busy reader and it can correlate to your business. For example,
‘Hi, we are setting up a free consultation with our photographer. Please respond with ‘Yes’ to get consultation over the phone’.
The statement is easy to understand with clear instruction following the statement.
