An internet café is a place where customers can access high-speed internet, pc games, and other programs from a computer. At the internet cafe, foods and drinks are also made available to serve the customers. This paper will discuss the various appraisals and performance reviews that are related toHR for an internetcafe business.
The performance review depends on how large the team of the internet cafe is. The performance appraisals serve many purposes within an organization. The evaluation in the cyber café can be used to show how the employees are performing in their duties and where they may need improvement. In this case, it will review whether the employees are serving the customers appropriately with the foods and the drinks to the satisfaction of the customers (Kampkotter 2017).In the internet cafe, there needs to be a framework where employees get to knowwhat is required of them. More so, they should be allowed to ask questions that could bring nagging issues.
Then competence should be developed at the cyber cafe to make sure that the customers are handled in a friendly manner. More so, the employees should be involved in the evaluation process so that they can find for themselves how well they are performing for the success of the café. This is the only way that the employees will be able to get encouraged when they perform well and pull up their socks when they have performed poorly (Capelli& Canyon 2018).. In summary,Appraisals for the internet cafe is very paramount just like any other business, and the human resource managers always need to keep the records of the performance of the company to avoid unnecessary losses with the café business.
