Introduction

Many of the young immigrants have their American dreams fading away, this is great fear associated with the enforcement of immigration travel ban in US. Suspension of admission of immigrants from citizens of seven nationals namely, Yemen ,Sudan ,Somalia ,Libya and Iran has barred the predominately Muslims from travelling to US.

US Immigration system and how it actually works

The US immigration system provides a worldwide limit of 675 000 permanent imigrants in each year .Every year this nation admits non citizens though on temporay basis.through lawful permanent people from foreign nation are permanently allowed to live and wotrk in US.they thefore can legitimately aaply for jobs in US,as wel as remaining in this state even without jobs.

There are several principles that determines  the immigration to united states ,based on the Legal immigration frame work used in America.

Immigrants with skills become valuable to the U.S econmony this result to employment based immigration where the immigrants may attin temporary or permanet visa permit.

Immigration is a way of protecting the refugees an vulrnerable population,this help in protecting the individuals with fear of retuning back to their countries due to extraordinary conditions or life threatening situations.Immigration can be a reunification of families-the prospective imigrants are allow relatives of U.S citizens to be admitted as immigrants through family preference system,they neeed to be either spouses to U.S citizen, a minor of US citizen who is not married or  parent of a US citizen.

Are the immigrants good for United States?  If yes, then How?

Immigrants are good fro united states and therefore I don’t support the immigration travel ban. It is very true that immigrants help in improving the US economic growth,

According to the recent survey it is very clear that immigration can help suppling the workers and labour force ,consequently there will be increase in GDP ,in america thius will transform to growing economies .Those afgainst immigration are not correct and could expose our country to demographic and economc crisis.

Human Capital

Many of the immigrant are rich ininoivatiion and potenitl increament of the us productivity theis help in rising the national economy.Highly skilled immigrants from all over the worls should be very rich in human capital which could helpmin transforming America through their human capital contribution and ecomoic growth.

Entrepreneurship

Banning immigrant will limit enterreneuershi in US.Many of the immigrants in ammeric are positively contribyuting to econonc growth through entrepreneurship,they are source of physical and human capital formation ,immovations and entrepreneurship which is associated towards helping every one achieve their american dream.

Most of the immigrants ,think that in US they could live a peaceful life ,where there are no conflicts ,wars and occational crisis like their hom,e countries.This is the key reason behind their migration to US.Consequently seeking others people with special needs immediate attention in US, ilke medical help .

Most of those who support te travel ban fear that most of the immigrants from the 6 steates could result to increament of cases of terrosism and crtisis as well as warts in US.this is thought to have created certain kind of mentality that immigrants could afdfect the peaceful american socity since the starts they come from has famous terrosism grouos such as ISIS,AlQAEda and alshbaab.

Why is it banned only 6 Muslim counties? (Somalia, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Iran and Sudan). Could we say the travel ban is discrimination against the Muslims?

The order of limiting the citizens of these 6 Muslim countries from entering America.

Syria is a state tht is desperarte on wars ,there have been brutal conflicts US has been come up with international coalition aimed at reducing the wars and maintaining peace since many live under ISIS rule .theissue of terrorism has made it hard to allow them to move to America But is should be noted that not all people from Syria are terrosism some need imideate refuge and immediate support and care .

Iran

Is astate with Islamic theocracy with shia islam as the official religion it is the guiding framework for political decions in the country.The immigration ban is likely going to close the relationship between the two states.

Yemen

Has got series of civil war militant groups like ISIS have been fighting with forwing airstrikes these crisis triggered by algaeda and Isis have made the country economicaly unstable.Immigrants from suchg countries might be seeking refuge since the condition at home could not allow them,now declining to admit these iomigrants will negatively affect them psychologicaly since some could securte temporary or parnmant jobs inUS.

Libya

There has been years of political instability which dreated opportunity for ISIS to establish n Libya.Is Islamic country and baning such individuals from visiting US ,would kill stheir future and drems they have to improve the economy of America.

Somalia

Has been associated with different conflicts and civil wars ,al shabba has been a big threat to this country.Mostly many of the citizens are Islamic religion mabers ,despite the fact that there are outrbreaks of wars it doesnot mena that every individual is a who apply to immigrate to US is an alshaabab member or could inoitiate terror in US.some might come to work and be of benefit to US.

Sudan

Has had violences Darfur conflict fights over land and historical marginalization .Since many of Sudanese are Islamic in religion ,it can appear that having trvel ban to the Sudanese could be like religional based discrimination .This could affect the both states in interacting with oner another .Some of the sudaneses could be of benefit to the american society and therefore could find it hard if ban is not uplifted .

My position on immigration.

I am with immigrants and against to the travel ban. I believe that immigrants good for United States. I tend to believe that there is no crime associated with granting the people from foreign nations from entering US. I therefore believe that immigrants cannot necessary be associated with negative issues once they get into our country .Such individuals help in enhancing the US economy

Immigrants are source of human capital, source of labor and key entrepreneurs .Admitting foreign people to US could help in improving the US economy, once the immigrants can secure jobs, or start their own investments such as business enterprises which could help to raise revenues. I tend to believe that banning immigrants from getting to America could result to a big economic loss to the state. There could be inadequate entrepreneurs human capital and inadequate labor force in the state.

I am aginst the travel ban since I do not see the esseience of suspending people from foreign states being admitted to America.There is need for coming up with better policies foe ensuring that every individual from whataver foreign states is not limitedtrvelling in all sttes on the world since evry perfon has freedom of movement and interaction.Therefore idonsee the need of impleimenting the president trup 6 islamic states travel ban ,this can be the grounds for religious based discrimisntion whgich could in turn result to enimity and might triger many wars and conlicts based on religionous.

Do I support or against with the travel ban? Why or why not?

Implementing the travel ban in America will affect several sectors which are highly depended upon for economic growth of the country. I believe that his action is very destructive more so when it comes to scientific and academic development since many students would like to study in US .I therefore believe that this travel ban will result to threat to a the platform of free and open scientific exchange that will later result to decrease of the innovation and scientific exchange, as well as affecting development effectiveness.

It is the high time that our state need to focus on where we want our history to go by allowing every person to meet their American dream. We cannot achieve our American dream by suspending some external investors or foreign workers from working in our nation .Instead creating more job opportunities as well as setting grounds for foer external investors is the key to achieving our American dream.

Additionally there is no need of having any kind of discrimination be it racial,ethinc or religious based ,this could increase enmity and cock the relationship between america and other forign nation .To be specific the states predominantly Islamic nation should be allowed to intercat with US freely without fear of terror or any kind of enmity.

In nutshell I totally don’t support the ban it kils the American dream.This ban disrespects the fact that immigrants to U.S are key contributors in the productivity and GDP growth of this country. According to recent survey immigrants in America make over 13 percent of the total population as well as over 17n percent of the US workforce. Implying that there is much need of as many immigrants as possible so as to keep our state improving economically and develop effectively.
