The leaders of the organization ought to ensure that they stress on establishing the right tone at the top. This tone can be achieved if the leaders and employees work collaboratively.
Additionally an organization ought to stress the importance of following and adhering to the ethical principles in the organization. If the management of the organization is stable and determined to handle things well in an organization, they portray a good picture of themselves and the organization at large. Additionally, when the management of the organization sets the right tone at the top, they get an opportunity of handling the problems in the organization swiftly since their credibility is not compromised in any way. The different factors that determine the tone at the top in an organization include the following. First is the level of commitment that leaders show in handling things ethically. When organizational leaders are ethical, they set the right culture and method of doing things in an organization. The second key factor is how the employees dedicate and cooperate with the management in ensuring that they adopt the appropriate techniques of doing things in the organization.
