Income statement

The income statement is a written down finance record that used to decide whether the company has been in the right action in the last given period. This is used to determine whether the company will benefit in the future and still will it bring a good flow of cash. This is also in other names referred to as loss and profit statement, operational stamen, or earnings of account. The income statement comprises of money acquired from the sale of goods and services. Before the expenditure is removed out, also referred to as the top line procedure and the revenues, what results from this is the net income or loss throughout a given time due to activities of earning.Net income is the last calculations that are acquired after all sums of expenditure and revenues. The income statement differs from the balancing sheet on this issue. One it considers the performance of the company in a period while the other represents a single moment of time.

Balance sheet

The balance sheet is one of the most important financial statement elements. This also affects both accounts and finance operations. The balance sheet shows total assets of the company, and the way assets acquire finances. This may be either loans or bank borrow.
