This will ensure our products compete in modern world. The functionality will be another categorization; we will provide phone cases with different features, some with the capability of charging large, small, and medium phones. This will ensure consumers buy cases that best fit their phones. Customer preference will be considered in our categories. We will provide products with different colors, different qualities, etc. each person and especially the young generation have their favorite color; hence they will buy the case of the color of their choice. Increasing product breath will not be left out. We will increase product breath to ensure we have more products line to attract more customers (Morgan, Anokhin & Wincent,2019). The first product we will add are phones; the company will start selling phones, which will drive the customers to get to know about solar phone case batteries as they purchase the phones. Other phone accessories to be introduced in our company will include: different types of phone chargers, earphones, portable power banks, etc. these phone accessories will increase attract many customers in our company, as the customers shop for the accessories they will be introduced to the phone case with solar batteries, and if interested they purchase. This will increase customers in our company leading to higher sales.
