I agree with you that, ECM system is key to supporting organization processes such as demands productivity. Also, ECM helps the organization to manage its changes successfully. I also agree that the four dimensions for venture achievement are essential to plan for risk (Chen, Saarenketo & Puumalainen, 2016). You did great work in participating in this week’s discussion on enterprise change management (ECM). I agree with you that, Atlanta southern company that faced ECM in its management that brought some changes on how to carry their activities. The changes led to coal gasification technology that helped the company generate electricity under reduced emissions than it used before (Makara & Mialkovska, 2018). However, I think ECM in Atlanta southern company was essential to the IT team since it made them focus on risk changes in the company.
