Interviewer: Hello, kindly tell me about yourself?

Interviewee: I am called Nairo Gisembe, a graduate in Bachelors of Science, Environmental         Science with Information Technology from the University of Colombia. I am 30 years of age. I have worked with several reputable environmental organizations in various countries. I initially worked consortium environmental consultancy in the position of Environmental associate impact assessment. I then joined Ecosystem consultancy services, where I worked as an environmental officer. While at the consortium consultancy, I was in charge of the environmental associate experts, and I was to ensure they deliver their targets as per.

I later joined Maritime consultancy in the position of environmental planning officer after my contract expired with the Ecosystem consultancy services. That is about me.

Interviewer: How did you hear about this position?

Interviewee: I came to hear of this position through two means. Initially, I heard about it from brighter Monday, and secondly, I came to learn about it from the Daily newspaper page 30.

Interviewer:  Why do you want to work for this company?

Interviewee: There are several reasons why I have much interest in working with the company. Firstly, I would like to work with the company since it offers services in my area of specialization. I specialize in Environment impact assessment, which is a core service in the company. Therefore I feel the company will take care of my career interest. Secondly, the company offers a pleasant work environment for its workers. The workers become provided with the right work types of equipment, and their salaries become paid in due. I came to learn of the work conditions of this company from the ranking of companies done last year by Sarit Institute. Lastly, the company is known to be conducting quality surveys and environmental impact assessments. Therefore I feel pleased to join the quality team since t will boost my skills and experience in this field.

Interviewer:  Why do you want this job?

Interviewee: I want this job since I have enough qualifications and experience to enable me to deliver effectively in the position advertised. Secondly, I need the job because there are a lot of issues to become solved and I would like to become part of the solution team.

Interviewer: What makes you unique?

Interviewee: I am a very hardworking person who offers services with due diligence, and I believe this makes me unique for this position. Secondly, I feel I have a unique understanding of Environmental Impact Assessment concept, which uniquely qualifies me as well for the post.

Interviewer: What do you think we could do better and differently?

Interviewee: The firm should come up with more stringent policies to ensure its officers do not collude with clients to approve projects which are detrimental to the environment and people. Secondly, the firm should increase the area coverage of the services to ensure the services reach a majority of persons and institutions as this would boost the profit margin of the firm.

In conclusion, the interviewee appears smart in how he answers the questions. He grasped the issues so well and responded to them appropriately. He clearly outlined why he feels fit for the job, and he thinks the hiring firm should approach differently to improve its service provision. The answers were exact and to the point, and in my judgment, I believe he qualifies for the position.
