Leadership development
Some of the experience qualities such as assertiveness, adaptability, intelligence and conscientiousness are important leadership skills which I should be acquiring in order to develop my leadership. In addition I should be positive and inspiring in order for me to be a better leader hence making sense that I strive to get the most out of life for everyone in my sphere. In addition I should be able to be passionate serve as a role model, improve my communication skills, Be willing to admit and learn from failures and weaknesses, . Motivate others to greatness as well as be ready to continue to educate and improve yourself.

in order to integrate my personal life friendship, family life and community life with my life aiming at becoming a better leader, I do integrate them into whole. I develop creative solutions as I approach the challenges of balancing the responsibilities and joy of my multiple roles. I can use same skills and strategies I use at work such as organizing, planning, setting limits, delegating and communicating effectively in order to achieve fulfilling, satisfying and well balanced life both professionally and personally. In addition in order to achieve my personal goals and professional I should built a support network by recruiting friends, family, as well as work colleagues. in addition I should Establish Limits and Boundaries around myself in order to protect myself from other peoples actions

My leadership purpose relates to my true north in several ways such getting to know who I am and also understanding my goals as well as my afterwards achievements I am grieving to have in future.
