You have posted a good discussion but allow me to add a few points. Some managerial issues affect the networked organization (Lafuente, 2015). The major ones are cost and security issues. Networked organizations share information and resources through the network. The sharing of resources is good since it helps in improving productivity. However, the sharing of the resources and information may put the organization at a high risk of data leakage. Many attackers like sneaking in between the resources sharing information and access data they are not supposed to access.
To prevent these attacks, the networked organization should be well prepared. As part of the preparation, the organization should ensure that it employs cybersecurity specialists who can handle these issues. The cybersecurity specialists will be expecting to be paid for their services in the organization. So, this means that the organization will use a lot of money to manage and ensure that the information secure. The top-level managers should work together with the departmental managers to ensure that these security issues are handled.
