For instance, a team in organizational culture reveals successes such as massive production. Also, a team creates peaceful existence in the working place. The extent to which a team this differs a lot with what individual and group minds.  In a team, it is a matter of raising views and a period discussion follows to oversee the implementation of the agreed views. This in turn results to prosperous benefits to the organization.
