Therefore the company is preparing a good package for the manager that will not only lure him or her to come to the company but also ensure that the company gets the best marketing manager possible. It is expected that the marketing manager will be earning an average of $54000 per year. However, the pay scale will vary on the job experience and geographical location of the employee. If the manager has an experience that is more than ten years, the pay per year will be $60000 and if it is more than five years the manager will earn at least $56000.
The pay scale has been planned out like this because it is meant to not only help the employee but also the company. The pay scale will be in line with the company’s administration of salaries to every employee. The pay scale is important because it will help the company know how to manage its expenses and other budgets. In addition to that, the pay scale is going to help the company by motivating employees. Every employee hopes that they will be earning bonuses and this will motivate them to work harder thus creating more profits for the company. When an employee is motivated, they will work harder and their perception of work will be good. A positive perception and motivation for any employee will mean better productivity.
The indirect compensation plan for the manager is meant to keep the manager working in the organization for the longest time possible dedicating the best years towards the company’s success. While all these are in place, the company will ensure that the pay scale is a market-based salary structure meaning that it is in line with the local, regional and national level. As much as the company wants to give the manager the pay scale, the company will ensure that it is done in line within the advised limits. This will be done to ensure that the company is in a healthy position financially to be able to run its operations.
