East Chestnut Regional Health System (ECRHS) is a system made of three organizations, that is, the Northern Mountain Hospital Consortium, the East River Medical Center, and the Archway Hospital. However, the core purpose of the partnership was to improve medical services in the region since most people opted to go to more critical health centres. Yet, ECRH has decided to establish a marketing plan to improve its services and operations to the region hence obtaining more clients than usual.
