For excellent body functionality, you need to eat the exact foods and in the required levels given your body. From the given text, several instances attest to this. Kids, for instance, would require foods that would enhance their growth and development. Furthermore, you would need varying quantities of calories based on your age, types of activities you engage in, and events in life that include illnesses. Teenagers and middle-aged men and women generally have high levels of metabolism and would, therefore, need foods rich in energy and fats. I would individually combine this into my life by improving my overall lifestyle, making sure I can access healthy foods.

I identify with the Mesomorph body type (a quite athletic complexion). Currently, I am involved in various exercises that include sprinting, swimming and gymnastics. Due to these exercises, there is a higher rate of metabolism in the body that would require the integration of other ‘things’ into your life. Such things as increased intake of carbohydrates or energy foods, fluids and watching your cholesterol intake are essential. I also believe that my emotional health are generally affected by exercises in terms of relieving one from thinking and tends to make me feel more relax.
