There are five fundamental ethics principles in the ICAS Code of Ethics that are as follows: Integrity To be straightforward and honest in all professional and business relationships. Objectivity To not allow bias, conflict of interest, or undue influence of others to override professional or business judgments. Professional Competence and Due Care To maintain expert knowledge and skill at the level required to ensure that a client or employer receives competent professional services based on current developments in practice, legislation and techniques and act diligently and by applicable technical and professional standards. Confidentiality To respect the privacy of information acquired as a result of professional and business relationships and, therefore, not disclose any such information to third parties without proper and specific authority, unless there is a legal or professional right or duty to disclose, nor use the information for the personal advantage of the professional accountant or third parties. Professional Behaviour To comply with relevant laws and regulations and avoid any action that discredits the profession

I have picked research with children in the pamphlet. Research with children and young people is crucial. ( B,2019) It can bring an understanding of how they develop and live their lives, it can contribute to theoretical debates, and its outcomes can impact directly and indirectly on the lives of those researched and others in a similar situation. However, if the research is to be in the best interests of the children and young people themselves, it is essential that researchers take heed of a number of critical issues which arise in the planning, carrying out and dissemination stages of research. Ethics, consent, the legal system, power relations, methodology, and the dissemination process. It is also vital when reading research papers to consider whether the various issues have been addressed appropriately, to evaluate the research and its contribution

The problems can be resolved or eliminated by Child labour. Child labour is work that children should not be doing because they are too young, or if they are old enough to work because it is dangerous or unsuitable for them. (J, 2019). Whether or not work performed by children is defined as child labour depends on the child’s age, the hours and type of work, and the conditions in which the work is completed. A decent job sums up the aspirations of people in their working lives. It involves opportunities for work that is productive and delivers a fair income, security in the workplace and social protection for families, better prospects for personal development and social integration, freedom for people to express their concerns, organize and participate in the decisions that affect their lives and equality of opportunity and treatment for all women and men. ILO Convention An ILO Convention is an international agreement on a critical labor-related issue that has been reached by governments, workers, and employers meeting at the annual International Labour Conference of the ILO. After the adoption of a Convention at the Conference, each country is then asked to ratify the Convention through its legislature (parliament, congress, etc.). Ratification may involve the inclusion of provisions specific to the circumstances of the country. Once ratified, the country is bound to carry out the requirements of the Convention (as approved). The ILO reviews the implementation of Conventions and holds states accountable. Hazard/risk A hazard is anything that has the potential to cause harm. Risk is the chance or probability that a hazard will result in injury or illness, along with an indication of how severe the damage could be. Therefore, risk = severity of harm x probability of loss. Even if workers are exposed to the same hazard, risks may be more significant for young workers than for adult workers because of high severity (e.g., immaturity of the immune system) and high probability (e.g., lack of experience)
