Being a foreign market, Moses Washington has to supervise all the channels that will be in a position to supply his footwear to the end-user. He should ensure that he is in control or is directly involved in the selling process in one way or the other. When he does less in the selling process, his business is likely to fail in meeting his set objectives. Therefore he should be cautious when choosing on the channels to use. For his company, the best channel to use is the agent middlemen. In this case, the agents will work on a commission and will be responsible for arranging all the sales in foreign countries. However, the agents do not take the title of the business. He will assume all the risks but will maintain on the agreed policies and the prices that are decided to allow the agents to provide the customer’s information. Unlike the merchant middlemen who take the title of the business and are less controlled when compared to the agent middlemen. Merchant middlemen are only interested in their profits and not the benefits of the business owners. Merchants middlemen have, in recent days, been criticized since they only work for their good without putting the order of the business in their mind.

Negotiations refer to the processes that manage the relationships that exist between international traders. Time is an essential factor that should be observed. Having time frameworks set between the markets will ensure that the goods or the services are delivered at the right time and in the right place. Delaying on the services might affect the relationship that exists between the traders .breaking the trust and the relationship will have the business functioning at a slower rate than expected .starting on a new international channel while the older one is broken can be time-consuming and not successful. Therefore time is an essential factor since it ensures that all the services and the communications are made earlier enough to avoid any negativities that might affect the relationship that exists between the international markets. for a business to excel, time factors must be put into considerations, timely communications will have all the business functions controlled and well managed
