Mountain monkey business is a jewelry and clothing line company that is ready to grow in marketing and sales across the globe. With this initiative, key stakeholders come into play to gain more customers, thus achieving higher sales. These stakeholders include Mountain Java, Mountain Monkey Business, McCall Chamber of Commerce, and Social Media Manager and Event Coordinator. Therefore, this paper talks about the roles of these partners in each event. In event planning and management, stakeholders play a significant role in achieving a well-established phenomenon, and Mountain Monkey Business as a client is not an exception in this case. Mountain Monkey Business acts as a resource provider, primarily that they will cater for the cost of all activities in the concert. As depicted in the proposal, an estimated amount of $2,500 will be used to purchase a hundred wine tumblers, logos, among other things in the event.
Mountain Java, on the other hand, as a stakeholder, acts as a partner to Mountain Monkey Business. In this regard, the partner offers direct management, especially in donating a bottle of wines and providing more employees to ensure a successful event. Notably, during the June event, they will play a significant role in these events because they will partner in planning, management, decision making, and organization. Additionally, the social media manager and coordinator, in this case, is also a stakeholder despite being an employee of the company. Their contribution, in this case, involves utilizing followers on all social media platforms. They will be responsible for the august in the sense that they will retain all subscribers and followers of the last event through engaging them in promotions hence increasing community participation. McCall Chamber of Commerce as a partner will also help in the control of the function of the day, whether in June, August, or December. During these events, they will offer rental services to attendees and will also help in music bands and food set up during the events.
