My introduction to business

My introduction to business goes back to when I was a teenager, and my most significant source of inspiration was my father as I saw him working hard towards our family business. Ever since I was young, I have continuously been exposed to the world of business and entrepreneurs. My father is a well-established and accomplished businessman, and his perseverance and passion lit a sparkle in me to move in the same direction.

I have always been a competent student both inside and outside the classroom, and I often combine instinct with reason to explore all possibilities of approaching a challenging topic or issue at hand. Apart from my academic endeavours, I am also a sportsperson. I have been playing football since I was 12 years old and since then I have played numerous football tournaments. I have also represented my school at the state, inter-zonal and zonal level continuously for the last 3 years.

Having studied Commerce in my higher secondary school, subjects like Business Management, Accountancy, and Economics etc. have intrigued me, and have made an evident vision of my future aspirations.

Currently, I am preparing myself for my Higher Secondary Examinations. Later, to take a step ahead in the direction of my dreams, I have decided to pursue bachelors in business administration

Through this course, I would be able to expand and polish my skills. The subjects in this program would help me in understanding business practices more efficiently and effectively.

This Bachelor’s degree will not only satisfies my desire for gaining business-related education but also provides essential practical knowledge that is a perfect fit for the current industrial environment and upcoming industries in the future.

It has always been my dream to study in the UK, knowing the fact that my class will comprise students from different countries and backgrounds. From my conversations with my seniors from school who are currently studying in the UK, I have come to understand that the experiential learning opportunities available to undergraduates at most UK universities are unparalleled, and I eagerly look forward to applying my theoretical learning to actual business scenarios as part of the various live internships and research programmes. One of the main reasons for choosing the UK for my higher studies is that the universities are among the best in the world, and consistently perform well in world rankings and also have a reputation for world-class research.

The dynamic nature of the business would allow me to explore the limits of my potential. I wish to hone these skills further and imbibe new ones while pursuing my undergraduate degree in the UK.

I believe that pursuing my Bachelor from a reputable institution like yours; I would be able to learn many new things. With its encouragement towards entrepreneurial learning and its diverse peer group, I will get the best help that will prepare me to achieve my goals and aspirations.

I have always dreamt of creating an impact in the world of business, perhaps first by working with a leading company, completing my post-graduation in business administration from the UK and then eventually setting up a venture of my own or helping my father in expanding our family business.
