my pharmacy internship

The Georgia Board of pharmacy needs a letter from my pharmacy manager, which needs to state why it is necessary for me to go for the intern after I have met the requirement (I have gotten ˃1500 intern hours). I need you to help draft a letter on behalf of my manager showing a couple of points as below: The first paragraph is about his evaluation on me. I have worked as a pharmacy tech and my performance really impressed him and I really hope to become a pharmacist in a specialty pharmacy; [unique_solution]The 2nd paragraph states why I need the intern position: 1. Encompassrx Pharmay (The one I am working for) is a specialty pharmacy which deals with large amount of insurance prior authorization and appeal which needs many skills and experience, but I got internship experience from VA hospital which has no insurance system. Plus the drug categories in VA hospital are different from Encompassrx which covers many biologic meds for chronic dieseases; 2. Students who got a pharmacist position in Encompass or other specialty pharmacies all interned in my pharmacy for at least half year to one year. Some students got a couple of years′ intern experience from a retail or hospital pharmacy (˃$1500 hours) before coming to Encompass, but they still need a lot of training. For example, it takes at least half year for interns to know how to fill out PA forms for different specialty drugs and write appeal letters; Without intern experience, it would be impossible to get a position in a specialty pharmacy.
