Emotional and mental disorientation cited in Mr. Heady’s anger. The anger can be linked to the increasing loss of physical activity and ability to take part in community activities and the reduced company of the massive family members | i. Eliminate safety and security risks such as the installation of rails for support on staircases and balconies. ii. Close monitoring to reduce indulgence in risky behaviour.
i. Trigger memory by familiar and exciting events to keep updated ii. Involve attention grabbers as well as seeking attention while communicating to improve on participation
i. Encourage frequent visits of loved ones and the community members ii. Encourage independent functioning iii. Encourage care from his home iv. Family participation in creating familiarity in the surrounding and maintaining closeness to reduce loneliness
