A character has been the critical role o matters concerning political issues, and in debates that occur in every field of developmentment.most of the learners, especially from the United States who engage themselves in political issues, have researched the politics identity. Still more concerned in identity matters, primarily through sex, gender, and race.identity in politics comparing plays a significant role in the center of relation internationally in their function. State identity acts as the only concern of constructive critics of real and brings out-state freeness. Study on matters of political issues, the character itself states a very concern on gender,nationality, sex, ethnicity, and relation in culture to liberalism and its other forms.basing our comparison to nowadays learners in humanity and their histories, scientists in political areas becomes reluctant on the issues concerning identity.this is due to the earlier debates which based their interest on the multiculturalism, the construction of history and culture identities in all areas, already has been occupied by both students of culture and culture. Historians .due to increased and widely spreading interest on character this idea stands itself as enigma. Scholars have observed it,the meaning of identity as currently used not well interpreted by today’s dictionary, which is more concerned with word of older senses. Our modern idea of identity is concerned about fair and present social construction apart from being complicated.even if everyone is much aware of word use in right way, it still proven some difficulties in giving and statements covering the broader meaning currently. The current research tackling the central concept of identity,especially in the activity of social sciences where learners take it both as explainable and things with a lot of force; this will result in quarrels. In alow sense,this will be useful to have a permission statement of the word meaning in a simple language which is not incentive. The main aim of this paper highlights the explanation definition of identity. This covers identity as symbol which can be used as defensive tool from analysis of present use in todays language and discourse in social science. This brings the main results as quickly stated,there being a fair amount of work on possibilities alternatives which can be required to be with them. I indicate that, identity is currently used in two ways which may go through personal and social.in the earlier sense, character can be referred as socially categorical, persons labeled by a mark and differentiated by-laws which decided membership and allegation of characteristics that are occupied by a pride in standard procedure which cannot be changed. Therefore, identity in its current duration has a double sense. It refers most of the times the same to social occupation, and individual sources which have self respect.there is no linkage boundaries between these things.in a correct way one can use identity to refer characteristics of a person that cant be naturally expressed in social category dues.most of contexts in certain areas are described as identities.even though some people consider them as central to their identity personally.in its present occupation peoples tries to reflect character as an idea which is bound up with individuals self-respect bases.
