One-way video interview
One-way video interview is a type of conversation where the mode of question presenting done through video or text form. The term one-way used is due to the fact the interview comprehends the job seeker identify the item to respond and does the talking solely. I have ensured my dressing is decent and formal to reflect standards of professionalism.
The first question I will answer is: How do you make yourself indispensable to a company?
I want to be indispensable for a company by helping others. It is my pleasure to see others succeeding in their roles. I also want to be honest in every assignment I take without establishing boundaries, whether I miss deadlines or mistakes, and ensure open communications. My focus is to be of value to other individuals through mentoring and training them. I am a person who believes in togetherness, and thus I am focusing on being collaborative. To achieve collaboration will ensure the inclusion of other individuals in work and, therefore, can thrive from collaborating with others. Last, I will make myself necessary in the company by always appreciating and recognizing every person I work with.
The second question I will answer is: What is your greatest strength? Weakness?
My greatest strength is that I am a problem –solver. I always find it interesting to see the solution by digging deep and provide answers to challenges. In product development requires being creative and innovative to solve problems, and this is what led to specializing in this career. On the other hand, my strongest weakness is that I am a goal-oriented person, and I always work to complete my assignments. Thus when given a new task, I jump to it first to accomplish it. The desire to perform tasks faster has led me to not focus on such tasks that need more tie to ensure quality. However, I have realized this has been the cause that prevents me from delivering quality results to tasks that need more focus. Thus, I am improving this by learning to prioritize my current assignments.
